These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
- For Corporate Clients - Billing, terms and conditions will be governed as per the mutually agreed contract between both parties.
- As a corporate mobility solution, we provide chauffeur-driven cars, luxury vehicles, vans and buses for airport transfers, employee transportation and business travel.
- All bookings must be confirmed via email, WhatsApp, or official booking channels.
- 25% advance payment is mandatory to confirm the bookings.
- All distance and time calculations will be taken on a garage-to-garage basis. The journey will commence from the vehicle’s departure point at the garage and will conclude once it returns back to the same garage location.
- LKV reserves the right to refuse or stop service if any passenger behaves in a rude, intoxicated, aggressive, or unsafe manner. Any damage caused to the vehicle due to such misconduct will be fully chargeable to the customer.
- At the end of the journey, both the customer and the chauffeur must complete, verify and sign the trip sheet. No billing disputes or claims will be accepted without a properly signed duty slip.
Charges & Additional Costs
- Charges are calculated based on the vehicle type, duration (hours/days) and distance (kilometers).
- Additional charges may apply for extra usage, including:
- Extra hours or extra kilometers
- Toll, parking, interstate permits and driver allowance
- Night allowance (21:00 – 07:00)
- Delays caused by the client
- Interstate permits are valid for 7 days only. Additional charges may apply for extensions.
No-Show Policy
If the customer does not report within 30 minutes after the scheduled reporting time, it will be treated as a no-show. Holding charges will apply if the vehicle is retained.
Usage Restrictions
- No illegal activities are allowed using the vehicle.
- Overloading beyond seating capacity is strictly prohibited.
- Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, or harmful substances inside the vehicle is not allowed.
- Carrying weapons, explosives, or flammable materials is strictly prohibited.
- Travel to high-risk or restricted areas is not permitted.
- Vehicles cannot be used for carrying pets or goods that may damage the vehicle.
Customer Responsibility
- Customers must take care of their personal belongings.
- LKV is not liable for any loss or damage but will assist on a best-effort basis.
- Any traffic fines or legal penalties due to passenger actions are the customer’s responsibility.
Additional Notes
- AC works best while the vehicle is moving. Usage during parking may incur extra charges.
- Vehicles are provided as per the agreed itinerary. Route changes may result in additional charges.
- LKV is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen issues.
Insurance & Liability
Insurance coverage is subject to the insurer’s policy terms. LKV is not responsible for claim approvals or processing.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Jurisdiction is limited to courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
